MIGSO-PCUBED in Querétaro is seeking a PMO for Schedule to join our global team. You will own schedule implementation, update practices, and ensure alignment with project metrics. This role focuses on delivering time schedules across engagements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project management with scheduling, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and fluent English. Primavera P6 experience is highly valued, and you will collaborate with engineers and managers to drive data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

As a PMO for Schedule at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just stepping into a role - you're becoming a key driver of project success. As a valued member of our global team, you will:

Own Schedule Implementation and Maintenance:

• Develop, update, and maintain the schedule, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project metrics.
• Conduct weekly reviews with Project Managers to approve updates and address deviations.

Monitor and Optimize Resources:

• Oversee resource assignment and workload distribution to ensure balanced project execution.
• Identify schedule deviations and propose mitigation actions, including acceleration or recovery plans.

Drive Data-Driven Decisions:

• Prepare weekly trackers and reports.
• Develop team-specific reports, Smartsheet views, and dashboards to support decision-making.

Collaborate and Innovate:

• Participate in follow-up meetings and support stakeholders in achieving project goals.
• Foster a consistent and traceable flow of information across all levels, from engineers to upper management.

Who You Are

• You have 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on scheduling.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Primavera P6 is highly valued.
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
