Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Professional/Experienced PM Engineer - EPC HV Substations in Queretaro, Mexico. The role focuses on data validation, migration support, reporting, and project coordination across OnePM, Primavera, and related systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or data migration, with strong English communication and experience with enterprise tools like Primavera P6 or Clarizen.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or similar role; EPC experience preferred.
• Strong English language skills with good communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with project schedules, data, reporting, or PMO processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with enterprise systems like Primavera P6 or Clarizen.
• Prior involvement in data migration, system implementation, or PMO support initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of project and portfolio data into the OnePM platform; review, validate, cleanse, and organize data before migration.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across OnePM and Primavera, with minor SAP/Salesforce integration.
• Track migration progress, document issues, and escalate risks as needed.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and process guides; participate in user trainings.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and validate information; perform admin tasks for data conversion and system transition.
• Periodically audit OnePM active projects for data accuracy and provide guidance on data entry practices.

This role focuses on data validation, migration support, reporting, documentation, and administrative project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple systems while supporting project teams throughout a significant transformation initiative.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the migration of project and portfolio data into the OnePM platform. Review, validate, cleanse, and organize structured data prior to migration.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and consistency across OnePM and Primavera, with minor tie into SAP, and Salesforce environments.
• Track migration progress, document issues, and escalte risks when appropriate.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and process guides. Participate in user training sessions and support adoption of new processes and tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and system administrators to gather and validate information. Perform administrative and operational support tasks related to data conversion and system transition activities.
• Periodically audit OnePM active projects for data accuracy and inputs. Troubleshoot, or escalte issues that are staff on best practices for data entry across portfolio.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or similar role. Experience on EPC projects is highly preferred.
