Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Puebla, Mexico is seeking experienced PLC Programmers to support a major automotive brownfield retooling project at VW facility. You will upgrade conveyor automation, retool SEW drives, and integrate drive units with production line engines under strict automotive standards.

The role requires working on-site in Puebla, 50 hours/week, with a focus on safety, PROFINET/PROFIsafe, and VASS programming standards.

Formación

• 4+ years PLC programming in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
• Experience implementing VASS Volkswagen standards; VASS certification preferred.
• Hands-on SEW Eurodrive configuration and integration.
• Proven conveyor line and retooling project experience.
• On-site Puebla, Mexico 50 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, modify, and commission PLC control logic for automated assembly and conveyor lines.
• Retool, drive integration, and parameterization of SEW Eurodrive systems.
• Interlock SEW drive controllers with main line engine systems.
• Ensure programming and safety structures meet VASS standards.
• Support on-site dry runs, trial runs, and production ramp-up to optimize cycle times.
