Amdocs seeks an experienced Platform Operations engineer to maintain health and performance of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Azure in a global telecom footprint. You will troubleshoot complex production issues, drive automation, and improve observability and self-healing across large-scale environments.
The role requires 5+ years in Platform or Cloud Operations, strong Kubernetes and Linux (RHEL) skills, and hands-on experience with Python and Ansible.
Formación
- 5+ years in Platform Operations, Cloud Operations, SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure Support, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes.
- Linux administration (RHEL) and troubleshooting skills.
- Python and Ansible automation skills.
- Telecom experience.
- OpenShift expertise: administration, troubleshooting and Red Hat certs (DO188/DO280).
Responsabilidades
- Own the health and performance of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive automation.
- Enhance platform reliability through observability and self-healing solutions.
