Accenture México seeks a highly skilled OpenShift Administrator to contribute actively and independently, participate in team discussions, and help craft thoughtful, scalable solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes across complex environments.

You will ensure production systems are available and operating to defined SLAs, drive incident resolution with clear communication, facilitate rapid restoration of services, and establish robust disaster recovery procedures.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux & Kubernetes infrastructure
• At least 1 production OpenShift implementation (not administration only)
• Experience with SDN networking
• Experience with persistent storage: Ceph, NFS, SAN
• Platform hardening experience, preferably in regulated environments

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.
