Nagarro is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration using Helm and Docker to ensure reliability, security, and scalable deployments.

The candidate will collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to optimize delivery and operational excellence through automation and best practices.

Formación

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, containerization, and cloud-native scaling solutions.

This role involves working closely with development, platform, and security teams to streamline software delivery and improve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Automate operational tasks through Bash/Shell scripting.
• Package, deploy, and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Docker images and container runtimes. Implement and manage autoscaling solutions using Karpenter and KEDA.
• Design and support event-driven architectures leveraging messaging systems such as Amazon SQS and RabbitMQ.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, application performance, and operational efficiency.
• Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience implementing workload scaling solutions using Karpenter and KEDA.
• Hands‑on experience with messaging and queueing systems such as Amazon SQS and RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and observability concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience implementing GitOps practices using Argo CD.
• Knowledge of AWS CloudFront and content delivery network (CDN) architectures.
• Familiarity with application development and deployment for Node.js, Next.js, and FastAPI (Python).
• Experience with microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of security scanning, compliance automation, and platform governance.
