Job summary
Stellantis NV in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks a maintenance supervisor with 5+ years in similar roles to lead preventive and corrective activities for assembly line equipment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical or mechatronics.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in PLCs, robots, networks, conveyors, and electrical/pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare maintenance plans per Total Maintenance System for equipment in charge.
- Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Create and register new maintenance activities to improve equipment performance.
- Develop standard work instructions (SMPs) and train personnel.
- Control and monitor spare parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Ensure safety requirements and train staff on safety in maintenance.
