Job summary

Stark Future SL in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join the new plant supporting assembly equipment and ensuring optimal performance. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help install and set up new machinery on the line.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial machinery, knowledge of TPM and Lean Maintenance, and strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of TPM and Lean Maintenance.
• English and Spanish communication skills.
• 2–4 years in mechanical maintenance in automotive, EV or high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement solutions.
• Support installation and set-up of new machinery.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on continuous improvement.
• Inspect machinery and components.
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed.
• Support production in resolving mechanical issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and SOPs.
• Report maintenance activities to supervisors.
