Productos Familia S.A. (Essity Colombia) is seeking an Operations Manager for the Mexico plant to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost across the operation.

You will lead Process and Maintenance teams, push continuous improvement, and oversee productivity initiatives aligned with business priorities. The role requires a strong TPM background, proven leadership, and advanced English with willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, maintenance systems and cost management.
• Proven leadership, communication and coaching skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Advanced English and willingness to travel/relocate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets for the operation.
• Identify and prevent unsafe conditions; foster a strong safety culture.
• Direct Process and Maintenance teams; coach for high performance.
• Manage budgets, resources, overtime and cost per ton for maintenance/labor.
• Define strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce waste.
• Drive TPM, RCA and daily management systems; lead improvement projects.
