Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Line Leader responsible for operating results of a production line and ~20 operators. The role drives safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale, and ensures execution of standards, maintenance, and continuous learning on the line.

The Line Leader will champion daily direction setting, budget stewardship, and CAPEX identification to support midterm plans, acting as a role model for performance and coaching within the team.

Formación

• Experience leading a production line team.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the operators on the line and ensures production targets are met.
• Responsible for implementing and developing work instructions and safety/quality procedures.
• Maintains the maintenance plan and monitors cost implications.
• Aligns line objectives with site needs and cascades goals to the team.
• Ensures the line delivers production orders on time and within cost.
