Eaton Corporation in Hermosillo is seeking a Plant Medical Leader to coordinate the Occupational Health Program and provide medical care for employees. You will ensure Mexican regulatory compliance, manage clinical staff and vendors, and drive case management, surveillance, and health reporting.

The role partners with HR, Safety, and plant leadership to improve workforce health and productivity, supporting business priorities and 24/7 medical operations at the site.

Formación

• Medical Doctor license valid in Mexico with occupational health training or certification.
• Minimum 5 years in Occupational Medicine with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of IMSS and STPS regulations and Mexican health requirements.
• Strong communication with employees, HR, Safety, and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead the plant Occupational Health Program and medical care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and medical surveillance per Mexican standards.
• Oversee on site clinical staff and purchased medical services vendor management.
• Support injury and illness management and return-to-work processes.
• Prepare health reports and interact with regional/global medical leadership.
