Brose is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the maintenance function in our production environment. You will manage KPIs, control budgets, and coordinate with the Production Team Leader to ensure efficient use of spare parts and services.

The role requires strong knowledge of automation, robotics (ABB, KUKA, FANUC), servo presses, and vision systems, with 5 years in the industry and English at B2 level.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in industry, preferably automotive, maintaining production equipment.
• English at least B2 level.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Knowledge of ABB, KUKA and Fanuc robots; servo presses; vision systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and ensure KPIs and department objectives are met; implement methods to achieve goals.
• Control and manage maintenance costs; decide on spare parts, services, and tools with production team.
• Plan and manage resources and maintenance budget based on forecasts and consumption.
• Communicate plant strategy and fulfill Brose Group objectives to Maintenance Team.
• Plan and manage the budget efficiently; ensure inventory of spare parts.
