Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Leader to drive maintenance strategy at our Querétaro plant. You will lead a technical team, optimize uptime, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.

This role coordinates with engineering, quality, and safety, implements TPM, and champions safe work practices while managing PM programs and MTTR/MTBF metrics to improve plant reliability.

Formación

• Engineering degree in a related area.
• Minimum intermediate English.
• Experience supervising people.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance department.
• Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facility equipment.
• Coordinate support involvement with Engineering, Quality, etc.
• Issue daily work orders and maintain records for work and equipment.
• Develop and implement an effective PM system and PM schedules.
• Work with manufacturing and product engineers to provide daily support.
• Manage resources to maximize plant/equipment uptime.
• Lead TPM implementation and training.
• Ensure MTTR and MTBF metrics are improved.
• Ensure expenses stay below forecast.
• Participate in safety coaching and EHS training.
• Promote a safe work environment and risk control within area.
• Support energy, lighting and services supply in plant operations.
