How you’ll make an impact
  • Partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and plant performance tracking.
  • Analyze costing, margins, variances, manufacturing efficiency, and inventory performance to deliver actionable insights.

  • Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across plant and executive leadership levels.
