Hitachi Energy Productos de Mexico seeks a Campus Controller to provide financial leadership and act as a trusted business partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, HR and Commercial teams. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and performance analysis, transforming data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with internal controls, risk management and audits.
• Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations and influence decisions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Prepare and oversee monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely financial reporting. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives. Provide financial guidance and business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and capital efficiency initiatives. Lead cash flow planning and working capital improvement efforts to strengthen financial performance. Analyze profitability, manufacturing variances, inventory performance, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Support internal and external audits while ensuring adherence to financial policies, controls, and reporting standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop action plans that improve business results and support long-term growth. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Experience with internal controls, risk management, compliance requirements, and audit support activities. Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into business recommendations. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across functions.
