Goodyear is seeking a Plant Director for the El Salto facility, responsible for end-to-end plant performance and leadership across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will drive the GPS culture, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the 3–5 year masterplan to sustain competitive manufacturing excellence.

The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership and a proven track record in continuous improvement and lean production.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience in a large plant.
• 5–10 years of management experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement / TPM / Lean production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end plant performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives on time and at optimal cost.
• Develop and execute the plant masterplan (3–5 years) and GPS implementation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
