General Motors de México is seeking a Cybersecurity Execution Lead to drive enterprise security strategy across GM manufacturing sites in Mexico. You will lead a team of execution engineers, deploy controls, and partner with plant leadership to balance security with production and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, cross-functional delivery, and continuous improvement of security tooling and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field or 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience executing cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or network deployment projects in industrial/manufacturing/OT environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, network architecture, and security monitoring concepts.
• Proven people leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of cybersecurity control deployments and network refreshes across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, Manufacturing Engineering, plant IT, and Security Operations.
• Ensure standardized implementation of cybersecurity controls aligned with GM standards.
• Improve plant visibility and resilience through security tooling deployment and validation.
• Set priorities, manage schedules, and resolve cross-functional issues on live production.
• Direct and develop a team of cybersecurity execution engineers on the manufacturing floor.
• Provide technical guidance and accountability for delivery across the portfolio.
• Support plant-floor feedback to shape controls and tooling for real-world use.
