Job summary

Importante empresa del sector in Hermosillo, Sonora, seeks a Plant Controller to lead the controlling function across the operation, driving budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost control while ensuring governance and process compliance.

You will supervise the Controlling team, provide business analysis, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for efficiency with SAP, Oracle, BI tools, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience as Plant Controller or similar in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost management.
• Experience with SAP, BI tools, Oracle, and Excel.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Controlling team, ensuring achievement of objectives and KPIs.
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and cost controlling activities.
• Provide business analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards, governance, and internal processes.
• Define priorities, coordinate team activities, and monitor deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
