LHH Recruitment Solutions in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and strong controls.

You will analyze manufacturing costs and profitability while guiding continuous improvement and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Advanced English communication skills; strong US GAAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.

We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to identify a Plant Controller who will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting plant operations and presenting results to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
