CommScope in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Planner I, Production for the Delicias Plant. You will create a production plan based on demand, capacity and material availability, expediting short parts and confirming new sales orders with schedule clarity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience; knowledge of MRP is desirable. You will coordinate with multiple departments, release job orders, and help keep metrics aligned with safety and quality

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered; if not, review the reason and, if needed, reschedule the sale and inform CS.
• Identify new sales and generate the production plan based on material availability and capacity, expediting components if needed.
• Release job orders according to material availability and capacity.
• Coordinate and attend meetings.
• Respond to expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants.
• Utilize installed capacity when load is sufficient.
• Keep the business metrics aligned with goals.
• Follow Safety, Health and Environment requirements.

CommScope is looking to add a Planner I, Production to join our team in Delicias Plant in Delicias Chihuahua., Mex. Temporary (6 months)

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Create a production plan according to the demand, capacity and material availability. Expedite short parts. - Confirm the new sales orders in the best date. Communicate any changes to all the departments involved.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree (any option).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of MRP (desirable).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CS.
• Identify new sales and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and expediting components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date.
• Release job orders according to material availability and capacity.
• Coordinates and attends meetings
• Responds expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants.
• Use the installed capacity as much as possible if there is sufficient load.
• Keep the business metrics in required goals.
• This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.
