Placements24 seeks a Planificador de Operaciones Aéreas to join a fully remote team in Mexico. You will organize daily flight schedules, optimize routes, coordinate with flight crews and clients, and ensure efficient and safe air transport operations from your home office.

The ideal candidate has strong logistics skills, excellent communication in Spanish and English, and proficiency with flight planning and airline operations software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in flight planning, dispatch, or airline operations.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and air traffic control procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in flight planning software and airline operations software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily flight schedules, considering aircraft availability, crew duty times, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize flight routes and altitudes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely operations.
• Coordinate with flight crews regarding flight plans, weather conditions, and operational updates.
• Liaise with dispatch and maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness and address operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedule changes, updates, and logistical details.
