Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aviation maintenance management, with a significant portion in operational leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes, procedures, and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing large, dispersed teams and complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
