Your role at Baxter

Manage and optimize spare parts inventory for a profitable impact on the service business. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, and maximize profitability and service process performance in demand planning, purchasing, replenishment to service centers, and field operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Play a central role in planning activities, processes, data collection, analysis, and reporting systems. Be an expert on decisional, transactional, and reporting tools.
  • Handle spare parts demand planning, procurement, and distribution (daily orders and back-orders management).
  • Perform data analysis and make informed decisions.
  • Support local distribution center capacity planning and order fulfillment.
  • Assist processes related to quality, foreign trade, finance, customer service, and supply chain.
  • Maintain relationships and communication with foreign and local suppliers.
  • Support the code creation process.
  • Manage the planning tool and update data according to S&OP meetings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spare parts inventory management in key countries.
  • Manage ERP systems, specifically JDE-SAP.
  • Oversee data collection, KPI calculations, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct financial inventory forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide inventory level reports, discards, and monthly reserves tracking to finance teams.
  • Support launches of new technologies.
  • Follow intercompany movements from needs identification to receipt at local branches.
  • Maintain quality systems and control IPSO agreements.

What you'll bring

  • University degree or similar, with relevant experience.
  • Desirable APICS certification.
  • Over 3 years of experience in related roles, including supply chain, inventory, financials, data management, and systems. Experience in technical service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP-JDE, planning tools, Power BI, and Excel.
