Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for the full definition, implementation, and optimization of outbound logistics processes at the Toluca manufacturing plant for wiper systems.

The role ensures efficient, timely, and system-supported outbound logistics while driving process adherence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What challenges will you have?

• Define, document, and standardize end-to-end outbound processes
• Develop a structured time window planning process for outbound shipments, aligned with customer delivery schedules and carrier slots.
• Own the integration of outbound logistics processes in SAP WM and SD
• Manage the entire outbound material flow across the plant.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documentation
• Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in outbound logistics and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with time-sensitive logistics flows and SAP implementation

Technical Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of SAP WM and SD: delivery creation, picking, staging, PGI, and transport planning
• Familiarity with time slot and shipment window planning systems (via SAP or manual planning boards)
• Skilled in KPI analysis and logistics process performance tracking
• Proficiency in MS Office and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
