AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company delivering software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across industries. The team seeks an analytics-focused engineer to lead A/B testing, web tagging, and data layer implementation using Adobe Target and Launch.

You will collaborate with marketing and UX to validate experimentation strategies, maintain tagging architecture, and ensure accurate cross-channel reporting via CJA. Hybrid work options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
• Solid, hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Working experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or traditional Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• Solid understanding of digital data layers (W3C standards, event-driven data layers) and event tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to QA and data validation.

• Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch) or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• Configure data connections and Data Views within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable cross-channel reporting for the analytics team.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to assess the feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

NICE TO HAVES

• Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) tracking and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T).
• Understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, or Edge Network implementations.
• Experience with Server-Side tagging or edge computing setups.
