Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally short-form.
• 1+ year experience with a DTC or e-commerce brand.
• Strong understanding of short-form advertising and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Experience with product-focused advertising.
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Transform raw footage into engaging advertising creatives.
• Build hooks, pacing, re-hooks, storytelling, and CTAs for conversions.
• Create multiple variations for testing and optimization.
• Source B-roll, stock footage, graphics, and visuals.
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats.
• Improve creative based on feedback and performance insights.
