Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a results‑driven Jr. Analyst to support the Perfect Store program across SOCO markets (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay).

You will manage data collection, validate information quality, and transform data into actionable insights with dashboards that track progress and performance. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with Sales, DX, and market teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of digital platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting processes is preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate Power BI skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Desired experience with Salesforce, SAP, Forms, Power Platform, or similar tools.
• Strong data management, data validation, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Segmentation and Rack Census initiatives across SOCO markets.
• Extract, consolidate, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources including Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and other platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor progress, census completion, data quality, and performance.
• Generate recurring operational and performance reports for regional and local stakeholders.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, DX teams, and local market stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
