Salesloft seeks a Data Scientist to join our Guadalajara-based hybrid team. You will develop ML models and AI-driven features to empower sales teams with intelligence and automation.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to translate business problems into data science solutions, own projects end-to-end, and communicate findings clearly across stakeholders. This role offers the chance to work on real-world AI applications in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as an AI researcher, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• Experience delivering research components from design to implementation.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, NLP and ML methodologies.
• Collaborative and able to translate findings for technical partners.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Familiar with Python for data processing and ML workflows.
