Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a People Experience Specialist to support employees and line managers across the lifecycle. You will deliver HR operational support, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with global standards and local requirements.

The role emphasizes accurate HR data management, policy guidance, and collaboration within a people-focused environment, aligned with Essity’s values.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR coordination roles.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data management, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to employee and line manager inquiries, providing timely guidance and resolution while delivering an excellent service experience.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, communications, and logistical arrangements.
• Manage and process employee changes such as job movements, leave requests, absences, and other HR transactions within HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed according to established workflows and compliance requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and support case coordination activities.
• Support the local implementation of global and business unit HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

About the Role

Working closely with employees and line managers, you will provide HR operational support, coordinate key people processes, and ensure compliance with global standards and local requirements.

What You Will Do

• Employee Support: Respond to employee and line manager inquiries, providing timely guidance and resolution while delivering an excellent service experience.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, communications, and logistical arrangements.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage and process employee changes such as job movements, leave requests, absences, and other HR transactions within HR systems.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed according to established workflows and compliance requirements.
• Policy Guidance: Provide support and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations documentation and support case coordination activities.
• HR Initiatives & Process Execution: Support the local implementation of global and business unit HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR coordination roles.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data management, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills, confidentiality, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to work.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
