Infoblox in Mexico City is hiring a People Analytics Analyst to join our People Operations team. You will turn people data into clear narratives that shape decisions, advancing our data strategy and supporting AI-driven initiatives.

Collaboration with IT, HR stakeholders, and data SMEs is central to delivering insights that drive action. Be prepared to partner with the data strategy SME, design scalable reports, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining data accuracy across analytics

Formación

• 2-7 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
• Strong data storytelling skills — ability to turn data into a clear narrative using visualization, structure, and communication.
• Exposure to HR reports and dashboards with major HRIS (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
• Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environments
• Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context

People Analytics Analyst

We have an opportunity for a People Analytics Analyst based in Mexico City, to join our People Operations team, reporting to our Senior Manager, People Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in turning people data into clear, compelling stories that shape decisions across the business, advancing our people data strategy and supporting AI-driven initiatives. Collaborating closely with IT, HR stakeholders and data strategy SMEs, you will streamline processes and deliver insights that drive action.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Turn complex people data into clear narratives and visuals that help business leaders understand what's happening and why it matters
• Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI-driven analytics initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable, insightful reporting solutions
• Contribute to the design of new reports and dashboards
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure timely and effective solutions
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 2-7 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team
• Strong data storytelling skills — ability to turn data into a clear narrative using visualization, structure, and communication that drives understanding and action
• Exposure to HR reports and dashboards with any major HRIS (for example: Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
• Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months:

• Uphold high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics platforms
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate smooth communication, timely deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Develop a clear narrative style for recurring reports and dashboards so stakeholders can focus on key takeaways

One Year:

• Help business leaders measure the impact of HR efforts by turning program data into clear stories that show what's working and where to focus next
• Support the implementation of AI-driven analytics in collaboration with people data strategy SMEs to elevate organizational decision-making capabilities
• Design and maintain scalable, insightful, and accurate reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements
