EX Squared LATAM is seeking a Penetration Testing Manager who remains deeply hands-on to lead advanced security assessments for a leading global client. You will work across applications, networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure with no direct reports, focusing on technical excellence and clear risk communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong API and cloud security skills, and fluency in English to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Penetration Testing as a primary role
• Experience across apps, networks, cloud, and infrastructure
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed penetration testing across web apps, APIs, networks, cloud, and infrastructure
• Document findings with evidence, risk context and remediation steps
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to support remediation
• Apply MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and PTES methodologies
