Flex is seeking a Debug Technician in Aguascalientes to analyze PCBAs with failures, perform repairs, and provide feedback to improve processes. The role involves diagnosing defects, using test equipment, and collaborating with engineers.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of analog and digital electronics, ability to read schematics, and experience with standard lab instruments. Safety and teamwork are essential in this on-site position.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Ability to read and understand electronic schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic boards.

Responsabilidades

• Detect and diagnose defects in PCBAs and contribute to defect repair.
• Operate measurement instruments (multimeter, LCR, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer) and perform tests.
• Develop diagnostic guides based on findings and feedback to engineering teams.
• Monitor failure trends to improve production processes and prevent recurrences.
• Provide training and guidance on PCBA debugging to other technicians.
• Follow safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
