To succeed, you should have at least 2 years’ experience in payroll, strong knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISR tax, and familiarity with labor and tax legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll roles.
• Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and ISR tax is required.
• Experience with SAP payroll and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee payroll transactions and incidents.
• Serve as SAP reporting liaison with Corporate.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
• Administer employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in audits related to accounting and social security.
• Suggest improvements and automation for payroll/HR processes.
