Paylocity seeks a Data Conversion Associate I for its Guadalajara, MX office. The role focuses on formatting client data for import into Paylocity’s product suite with high attention to detail, collaborating with Implementation and HR consultants, and working independently and with the team to move projects through various stages.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, business-level English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to solve problems creatively and learn quickly.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks independently.

Responsabilidades

• Convert and apply employee and company data into Paylocity’s product suite using multiple tools.
• Perform quality assurance checks with standard reports and audits.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal partners.
• Collaborate with team members to select efficient data-entry processes.
• Develop payroll data knowledge and data manipulation capabilities.
• Utilize conversion tools such as Able2Extract, AutoHotKey, and PDF converters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
