Envia.com, part of Tendencys Innovations, is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Monterrey to process and validate payroll, ensure on-time payments, and maintain confidentiality. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, and HR to guarantee accurate payroll information across systems.

You will handle deductions, benefits, social security processes (IMSS/INFONAVIT), and respond to employee questions, while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years in payroll roles.
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR).
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll cycles.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Handle hires, terminations, and other employee movements.
• Review payroll incidents, attendance, absences, and overtime.
• Ensure IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR compliance.
• Prepare settlements and reconciliations.
• Generate payroll and labor cost reports.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality.
• Support audits and drive process improvements.

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who is analytical, highly detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to execute payroll processes accurately while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.

Position Overview

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing, reviewing, and validating payroll information to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This role manages payroll incidents, employee movements, deductions, benefits, social security processes, payroll reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.

The position works closely with Personnel Administration, Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to guarantee accurate information across payroll processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll cycles.


• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, vacation premiums, statutory benefits, deductions, and other payroll concepts.


• Process hires, terminations, salary adjustments, promotions, leaves, and other employee movements.


• Review and validate payroll incidents, attendance, absences, disabilities, and overtime.


• Manage and validate calculations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and other applicable obligations.


• Calculate settlements and severance payments.


• Reconcile payroll results and identify discrepancies before final processing.


• Coordinate payroll information with Finance, Accounting, and Personnel Administration.


• Generate payroll, headcount, labor cost, and employee movement reports.


• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll payments, deductions, and benefits.


• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.


• Support internal and external payroll, labor, and financial audits.


• Ensure payroll processes comply with Mexican labor and tax regulations.


• Identify opportunities to automate calculations, validations, reports, and repetitive payroll processes.


• Propose improvements that increase payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Payroll Administration, or a similar role.


• Hands-on experience processing and validating payroll.


• Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and concepts including IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, vacation premium, annual bonus, settlements, and severance.


• Experience using payroll systems such as TRESS, CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar.


• Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.


• Experience handling and validating large volumes of employee information.


• Strong numerical and analytical skills.


• Intermediate English (B1–B2) is preferred.
