Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking a student intern in Chihuahua, Mexico, to support the finance team. The role includes attending meetings and utilizing software tools for requisitions, as well as answering supplier inquiries and generating reports. Required qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, an advanced level of English, and enrollment in relevant academic programs. Qualifications

• Proficient in Vlookup's, pivot tables, and sorting data in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Currently enrolled as a student in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-site meetings.
• Utilize tools to track requisitions for status updates.
• Answer supplier communications via email and calls.
• Verify invoice pricing.
• Follow up on Payment Resolution cases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend in-site meetings
• Utilize the different tools to follow up the requisitions and provide a status to requesters
• Answer emails & calls from suppliers
• Check prices in the invoices
• Follow up & track the progress from each Payment Resolution cases
• Work with other areas to solve Payment Resolution tickets.
• Download reports from the Finances/payment tools.
• Fill in the information and assign the SNOW requirements.
• Generate Excel reports for vendors

Requirements:

• Current Student in the last semesters of Systems Engineer, Industrial, eng Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup´s, pivots, sorting data)
• Advanced English level.
• Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
• RFC (Mandatory).
• Proactive.
