Aptiv in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, ensure safety, and control inventory. You will coordinate receiving, storing, packing and shipping, train and evaluate employees, and report on performance metrics to meet company standards.

You will liaison with logistics and procurement, enforce policies, drive continuous improvement, and support a safe, efficient, compliant, high-performing warehouse environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong English communication skills and report generation.

• Inventory control: maintain records, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies.

They act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all operational policies and safety regulations are followed.

Core responsibilities

• Staff management: Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule warehouse staff; assign daily tasks and workloads.
• Inventory control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy of goods.
• Operational oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping goods.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and that all staff adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Efficiency and optimization: Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Administrative duties: Handle administrative tasks, prepare reports, and maintain necessary paperwork related to warehouse operations.
