NTT DATA Services seeks a Patient Portal and Technical Support Service Desk Associate to join our healthcare team. You will handle inbound patient and user calls in a 24x7 environment, providing front-line support for portal applications and login issues.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset. Shift flexibility and training are essential to ensure smooth healthcare operations.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience solving customer problems.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming Patient Portal and Technical Support Service Desk calls and emails.
• Provide front-line technical support for login and portal issues in a 24x7 environment.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Deliver professional customer service adhering to scripts and procedures.
• Maintain quiet workspace and reliable internet; participate in ongoing training.
• Support shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
