The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be shift flexible, including availability for night, weekend, and holiday work.

Applicants must have at least 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, particularly in medical or contact center environments. This position is integral for supporting technical inquiries to ensure seamless healthcare operations.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or medical environment.
