Go Lean Health in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Patient Care Communications Specialist to be the first contact for patients. You will manage calls, texts, emails, and scheduling with empathy and accuracy, while protecting patient privacy per HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires aMac OS device, reliable internet, and flexibility including Saturdays, with 30–35 hours per week and a hourly rate with performance-based increases after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking with neutral accent.
• Experience in virtual medical/healthcare support roles.
• Comfort with high call volumes in a fast-paced clinic.
• Must own/use a Mac OS device (MacBook/iMac/Mac mini).
• Reliable high-speed wired internet and scheduling software experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound patient calls, texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments in MacPractice; collect intake information.
• Prioritize new patient inquiries and referrals to convert into appointments.
• Perform follow-up and reactivation outreach for inactive patients and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedule full and organized.
• De-escalate patient concerns and protect privacy per HIPAA at all times.
