Jobtailor is seeking a customer service coordinator for our workshop team in Mexico. The role focuses on managing customer interactions, creating work orders, and booking service appointments to ensure smooth workshop operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or administrative roles within workshops, with basic automotive knowledge and a completed high school or higher degree. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years in customer service, reception, or administrative roles in workshops or service centers.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive services.
• High school, Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree completed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with customers to coordinate workshop workflows and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain constant communication between customer and workshop to balance workloads.
• Close service orders and inform customers when work is completed.
• Book appointments to service units and create work orders (WO).
• Receive customers, create the WO, book appointments and provide quotes.
• Inform customers about pending and additional work to be done.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their unit in the workshop.
• Notify customers when the unit is ready for pickup.
