Nielsen is seeking a Senior Manager, Panel Relations to lead our Business Unit operations with full accountability for strategy, budget, and workforce capacity. You will shape the roadmap, oversee a high-performing team, and drive performance through AI-enabled workflows, ensuring data-driven decisions and strong SLAs.

You will manage budgeting, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication while mentoring managers.

Formación

• 3–5 years of direct supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing department budgets and scaling resources.
• Strong knowledge of contact center operations and capacity planning.
• Data-driven performance measurement experience.
• Tech-savvy with ability to adopt AI tools for productivity.
• Advanced English proficiency for executive reporting and global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define long-term operational roadmap for the BU.
• Design and implement a robust performance framework.
• Evaluate, implement, and leverage AI tools to automate tasks.
• Own annual budget and forecast expenditures.
• Mentor and develop team leads and managers with clear progression.
• Oversee multi-team delivery, optimize resources, resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide strategic updates to senior leadership and external partners.
