About the Job

We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join a fast-growing wellness brand redefining breakfast with prebiotic, plant-based products. This role is the backbone of the ad creative production pipeline—ensuring campaigns move from concept to delivery with speed, precision, and compliance. You’ll manage vendors, creators, and internal workflows while providing insights that help the team launch, test, and scale winning ads. Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full ad creative production pipeline, from concept through media buyer handoff
  • Manage multiple vendors, freelancers, and creators to ensure on-time delivery at startup pace
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks to confirm compliance with brand guidelines and ad platform policies
  • Maintain well-organized repositories of creative assets and affiliate documentation for teamwide access
  • Onboard and support creators end-to-end, from permissions setup to campaign management
  • Deliver clear, weekly reports on ad performance, highlighting top-performing concepts and gaps
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and leadership to align creative testing and scaling strategies
  • Apply agile project management practices in Linear to track progress and remove blockers quickly
  • Escalate risks or delays proactively, ensuring clarity and accountability across stakeholders
Must-Haves for the Role
  • 3–5 years of experience managing creative pipelines in marketing coordination or project management
  • Proven success in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or wellness brands, ideally in early-stage environments
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and affiliate marketing, including Meta Ads and TikTok Shop
  • Daily fluency in agile project management tools (Linear preferred, or Asana/Jira equivalent)
  • Proficiency with ad performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA, and ability to create actionable reports
  • Exceptional written communication and collaboration skills across remote teams
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. hours with a stable wired internet connection and backup plan
Nice-to-Haves for the Role
  • Experience managing influencers, affiliates, or creator-driven campaigns
  • Familiarity with ad compliance and quality control in Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Background in organizing repositories and knowledge management systems
