Job summary

FedEx Corporation is hiring for a warehouse/loader role in Mexico (Querétaro). The position involves loading and unloading packages, sorting and preparing items for delivery, and ensuring all paperwork and safety procedures are followed.

You will also assist with basic vehicle maintenance and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand service with existing customers. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and basic English.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic English required; must pass basic skills test (Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, Math).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload company vehicles.
• Sort packages and ensure correct labeling and handling.
• Deliver and pickup packages efficiently and safely.
• Complete necessary paperwork (airway bills, delivery records, vehicle condition).
• Seek additional business from current customers and relay leads to Sales Manager.
• Inform Station Ops Manager and Sales of changes in customer/competitor efforts.
• Assist with loading/unloading aircraft and vehicles; perform basic maintenance and safety checks.
