Job summary

FedEx in Mexico (Zacatecas region) is seeking a warehouse/operations associate to support reception and fulfillment of customer orders. You will ensure packages are correctly labeled, insured, and ready for shipment, while following safety policies and company procedures.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using scanners, maintaining paperwork, and assisting in inventory checks. A flexible shift schedule and basic English are expected.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of warehouse, packaging, inventories
• Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipment preferred
• Lift up to 55 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs
• Able to work variable shifts
• General vehicle maintenance using basic tools preferred
• Must pass Reading, Map Reading, Sorting and Math tests
• Accuracy and attention to detail required
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Teamwork and good communication required

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages
• Check labeling, weight, size, wrapping, insurance values, and hazmat requirements
• Prepare paperwork for pickups and deliveries (airway bills, records, vehicle condition)
• Support unloading of merchandise, quantity validation, palletizing
• Operate company vehicles safely and perform basic maintenance
• Use handhelds, scanners, and PCs (WMS/Excel) for order processing
• Perform value-added tasks: product review, kit assembly, labeling, packaging
• Adhere to FedEx safety policies and procedures
• May take on additional duties as assigned
