Job summary

FedEx Express México is seeking a Freight Courier II to join our ground operations in Querétaro. You will handle pickup, sorting, and delivery of packages, and ensure accuracy of paperwork and shipments to meet FedEx service standards.

The role requires a High School degree, a valid vehicle license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Strong driving record, basic English, and readiness to work variable shifts are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent.
Six months FedEx Express Courier experience.
Must possess a valid vehicle license for the assigned vehicle.
Good driving record.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to lift 70 lbs.
Must be 21 years old or over.
Must complete Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test.
Customer oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work variable shifts.
Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous and efficient delivery, sorting, and pickup of heavy weight packages.
Ensure shipment paperwork and labeling conform to FedEx Express service standards.
Advise Sales or Station Ops on changes in customer needs or competitor actions.
Maintain safety and security of packages and company property.
Operate vehicle in compliance with regulations and FedEx safety policies.
