Integrity Express Logistics, LLC is seeking a proactive sales support professional in Querétaro. You will engage in cold calling, manage prospects, and collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to close deals and retain customers.

You will build and maintain prospect databases, communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and support ongoing client relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; English & Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Cold calling; outbound calls to prospects; close sales with prospect and Operations Team through the closing process.
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospects and their information.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with customers to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts.
• Conduct daily check calls and customer updates as needed.
