Resolv Global is seeking motivated English/Spanish bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives for a remote, contractor role in Mexico. You will contact patients to schedule preventive and follow-up healthcare appointments and educate them on the importance of regular care.

This is a permanent independent contractor position with weekly USD payments, offering long-term growth. Expect to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with paid training and the opportunity to grow within the healthcare

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, sales or customer service.
• Confident on the phone and able to build rapport with patients.
• Comfortable meeting KPIs and performance targets.
• Able to multitask across multiple systems and tools.
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Communicates with empathy and professionalism.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

Technical Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors
• Webcam and headset
• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365
