Resolv Global is seeking a motivated English/Spanish bilingual Patient Scheduling Representative to work remotely, connecting with patients to schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments and educating them on the importance of regular care.

This permanent independent contractor role offers 40 hours per week, paid weekly in USD, with training and growth opportunities within a healthcare support program while working from home anywhere in Mexico.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with outbound calls, appointment setting, or customer service.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day to schedule appointments.
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare visits.
• Educate patients on the importance of routine care.
• Build trust and rapport while maintaining empathy.
• Handle objections professionally and document interactions.
• Meet productivity and quality targets and appointment conversions.
• Protect patient information per HIPAA requirements.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Make 125+ outbound calls per day
• Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments
• Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare
• Build trust and rapport with patients
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy
• Accurately document every interaction
• Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
• Dual monitors

• i5 processor or higher
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
• Backup power solution
