LIXIL Water Technology Americas, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a senior logistics leader to oversee inbound and outbound supply chains for multiple plants. You will coordinate cross-border flows, manage a team of professionals, and optimize procedures to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics, 5+ years in international logistics, 2+ years in people management, and full bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics experience.
• 2+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and structural task assignments across Monterrey, Aguascalientes, Santa Clara, and Tlaxcala.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, multi-modal transport, and customs compliance.
• Monitor KPI performance and implement cost-containment strategies.
• Coordinate with buyers, planners, and brokers to ensure timely shipments.
• Develop and maintain cross-border documentation and trade compliance.
